How to change unit measurements for completed shapes created with tools

In Tools Settings, you can set different unit measurements for distance and area. Once you’ve changed the unit measurement, this will apply to all displays for the shapes and lines you have on the map.

1. Click the three dots menu under the Tools panel

2. Select Settings

3. The Tools Setting will be displayed where you can change the unit measurement for Distance to one of the following:

    Metre (m)

    Kilometre (km)

    Feet (ft)

    Yard (yd)

    Miles (mi)

    Nano Miles (nmi)

For area, you can choose either of the below units of measurement:

    Metre (m²)

    Kilometre (km²)

    Feet (ft²)

    Yard (yd²)

    Miles (mi²)

    Acre

    Hectare
